Exceptional Doctor

I have been a patient of Dr. Kemp for about 25 years. Yes, 25 years! I believe I was among his first patients when he joined New England Eyecare (now Kemp Eyecare). Not only is Dr. Kemp an exceptional doctor, he is an exceptional individual. He treats the person and not just the eyes or the symptoms. I recently relocated to New York City and, unfortunately, have found it too difficult to maintain being a patient in West Hartford due to geographical/transportation constraints. And, if I EVER had a significant problem with my eyes, I would do what I needed to do and go see him. I trust him implicitly and I will always consider him be to my eye doctor.
